Want to know if you qualify for extra levels in this super-fun game of red tape and trips to government offices? Read on and find out if you meet the requirements!
At an inexperienced age, you chose to not include your full middle name on your passport. You were traveling abroad for the first time at the age of 16! Who needs that lengthy middle name on their passport when a middle initial will suffice? You didn’t think about where the future might lead in terms of bureaucracy in foreign countries. You were young, your motto was live in the now!
You used your passport with only your middle initial to obtain a visa and subsequently other documents in Italy, first as a student, then as a worker, then when getting married. Again, you didn’t think about the problems that could occur as a result of discrepancies between your birth certificate and all other forms of ID.
You decided to apply for dual citizenship. This is when you find out that the application requires the exact same name be listed on all documents, no exceptions.
You win the joy of experiencing extra levels for your game, starting with a passport name change.
Stay tuned to find out more about your new levels!
