First phone call

June 14, 2012 by JL Walker

After trying two of the phone numbers listed on their website, I finally spoke with a very friendly guy at the Prefecture in Milan. He assured me that all the info I need for the application is on their website and that no, they don’t record fingerprints. There probably aren’t many people like me in Milan who need to sent their fingerprints to the FBI, so, as expected, this process is proving to be a challenge.

Next attempt: get in touch with the US Consulate to see if they have any advice. Wish me luck!
